Going to Bedford?

I am very fortunate to be able to attend this historic event and am looking forward to being there with others from our regional family.  I will not be there in any official capacity.  Rather, I plan to observe, network, capture some video for AnglicanTV, and report back to you here.  I think it's just great they are inviting ordinary Joe's like me to attend, and I would encourage any and all of you to come and witness these first fruits of so much labor and sacrifice.  There is still time/space to register.  See info below, received from event organizers:  (read more...)

Western Anglicans. A Baby Diocese is Born.

Some exciting news just in concerning status of Western Anglicans.  Congratulations to all who have worked so very hard getting us to this point!

Dear Brothers and Sisters,

I write this from the Provincial Council meeting in Dallas/Ft. Worth. As of 11:45 a.m. CDT on April 24 the Diocese of Western Anglicans is now a diocese of the Anglican Church in North America. May God's Name be praised. In fact we were the first diocese to be so approved.
