Shame on the Episcopal Church. Bienvenidos Bishop Duncan

Yet another sad day, marking a new low for the Episcopal church organization (TEO), as they forego canonical process, not to mention anything like decency, and rid themselves of one more witness to the Gospel.  The Right Reverend Robert Duncan, bishop of the Diocese of Pittsburgh and Moderator of the Anglican Communion Network was QUOTE-UNQUOTE "deposed" today at an HOB meeting.  He was immediately welcomed by Archbishop Gregory Venables into the HOB of the Province of the Southern Cone.

Bienvenidos, Bishop Duncan!

Hopefully, it's plain to all now that TEO continues to force, coax, trick, incent, or otherwise shoo the best and brightest in the communion into the welcoming arms of the Anglican Province of the Southern Cone and other GAFCON provinces. Very soon, American Episcopalians will have rid their pathetic, shrinking church of any bishop, priest, or congregation with any backbone whatsoever for Christ.

Their prospects for a viable future have greatly diminished today, and, interestingly, at their own hand.

ACN churches pray every week for Bishop Duncan.  Our prayers are with him now.  See reporting on StandFirminFaith.com
